A man dressed in Victorian clothing had stepped into the road and refused to budge, causing the driver to swerve to avoid him. But it was what happened next that left the driver stunned. As another car approached from the opposite direction, the Victorian gentleman took off like a shot, sprinting into a nearby wooded area with incredible speed, reportedly 'faster than Usain Bolt'.
