Road from Abergavenny, Ebbw Vale

On a rural road near Ebbw Vale, a strange encounter took place involving Thomas Harry and his horse. The horse suddenly took fright at something unseen and galloped home. Once Thomas reached his house, he looked back and saw a woman standing nearby, her height remarkably comparable to that of the tall beech trees lining the road, which can grow up to forty metres. Milfraen Mountain, Nantyglo

Milfraen Mountain in Nantyglo, Wales, is said to be haunted by the spirit of Juan White, a local witch.
