What makes this sighting intriguing is that multiple people, including a policeman, corroborated the story, suggesting that it wasnt just a trick of the light or a misidentification of a domestic animal.

Bridge, Quidenham

Quidenham Bridge in Norfolk is said to be haunted by the ghostly reenactment of a rather unusual and tragic event. It's said that Lord Albemarle of Quidenham requested that his coffin be carried by twelve men, all in a state of inebriation, much like he had enjoyed in life. The pall bearers, too drunk to steady themselves, stumbled and fell into the waters below, meeting a tragic end. Locals claim that on certain nights, this incident can be reheard, with the sounds of drunken laughter and struggling men echoing across the bridge.

Between Thetford and East Wretham, A1075

On a quiet stretch of the A1075, halfway between Thetford and East Wretham, a most unusual creature was spotted in June 1986. A driver travelling towards Thetford from Watton caught a glimpse of a large, long-haired being with a greyish-white coat, small ears, and a long snout. As the witness drove past the creature three times, they got a good look at it, noting its large eyes and four legs. But what really caught their attention was when the creature stood up on its hind legs, taking on an almost human form, towering between six to eight feet tall.
