Stanley Taylor had stopped by the club to pick up a coat when he noticed something strange hovering in the sky. The object was shaped like a rugby ball and roughly the size of two double-decker buses. It had a dull silver finish and gave off a noticeable hum. The sighting was brief as the object suddenly shot off with a 'whoosh' and quickly disappeared into the clouds. Another person in the vicinity heard the sound but didn't see the object.
