A teenage girl, out shopping, popped into the changing room at a store currently occupied by Jack Wills. As she looked in the mirror, she noticed another young girl standing beside her. Assuming the girl had accidentally walked into the changing room, the teenager turned to ask her to leave. The girl turned and walked through the wall, vanishing from sight. Staff later discovered that a doorway had once existed in the wall where the girl disappeared, which might explain her seemingly impossible action.
