The apparition, described as a man dressed in grey rags with dirty, long hair, stood frozen, his arms outstretched, emitting unintelligible guttural sounds. The woman was so shaken that she needed to be sat down and given a glass of water by the shop staff, who waited patiently for her to calm down.
